  • Alliance for the Arts;  New York, NY
  • Arts & Cultural Alliance of Central Florida;  Orlando, FL
  • ArtsFund; Seattle, WA
  • Arts Midwest; Minneapolis, MN
  • LA Stage Alliance; Los Angeles, CA
  • Theatre Bay Area; San Francisco, CA
  • Theatre Development Fund; New York, NY

AEP is an open-source platform that helps artists design and efficiently manage their relationships with audiences, while giving individual audience members exciting ways to interact with artists and the arts. AEP aims to extend the meaningful moment of the live performance and transform how art fits into our daily lives. Created by and for artists, AEP is being developed for the arts by Misnomer Dance Theater, a dance company based in Brooklyn, New York.

Initial funding toward the development of the Audience Engagement Platform is provided in part by the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, the Nonprofit Finance Fund, and The Rockefeller Foundation.
